Grits dissolver mixing group, mixing takes place through a marine propeller and an external recirculation pump.
Description
The atomized dissolver and recovery unit allows the waste powders deriving from residues present in the ceramic industries to be rapidly dissolved in water.
Thanks to the combined action of the stirrer with wing profile propeller and the horizontal centrifugal pump, which in their function of dynamic stirring and recirculation homogenize the product by eliminating any lumps present in the material, this machine can also dissolve large quantities of solid material.
The whole group is managed by an electronic weighing instrument and by a PLC which automatically regulate the introduction of the dry/liquid product and the various work and washing cycles.
